Malu Pulido

National Trainer and Team Support Specialist


Malu is an energetic National Trainer who supports school sites as a Team Support Specialist in several states. Malu also writes extensive curriculum in Spanish for Parenting Partners™. She is a popular trainer and conference speaker in Spanish.

Malu was born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. She earned a degree in Social Work and Human Resources at Guadalajara University. She worked as a Human Resources Manager in Mexico and then moved to the United States in 2006 and joined Family Leadership in 2016 as a Spanish curriculum writer.

Malu’s husband, Hugo, is an Industrial Engineer and Manufacturing Plant Manager. Their eldest son is earning a graduate degree in engineering and her youngest son is completing high school.

Malu is noted for her warm connections with her district and site leaders and her proactive communication. Malu is an avid reader, loves to travel, and is focused on her son’s sports and academic success. Her outgoing personality and detailed follow through brings her success in supporting and encouraging Parenting Partners™ Facilitators and team leaders.
