Alejandro is the Director of Family and Community Engagement for Family Leadership. He has been leading innovative and engaging training events for over 15 years, serving as a conference presenter and keynote speaker.

Alejandro’s background is in organizational development and communication. Prior to joining the team at Family Leadership, he was a manager at Apple. During his time leading over 80 employees, he implemented innovative training programs that equipped employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the ever-evolving tech industry.

Alejandro holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism with a minor in Philosophy. During his time studying Philosophy he learned that the best way to connect with someone is to find the beauty in what matters the most to them.

Alejandro lives in Fresno with his wife Jamen and their son James. He is a content creator on all major social media platforms, taking his everyday life and making it entertaining. His latest project, Daddy Diaries, chronicles the lessons he’s learned as a first time dad. He also is a lover of all things sports. His not so secret obsession: Fantasy Football
