Chris Sheppard

Partnership Success Manager

Chris is the Partnership Success Manager for Family Leadership. He has been working with our Family Leadership partners to ensure the success of our programs at their school sites as well as helping them grow within their districts, expanding the impact they can have on parents. He also leads our Fresno-based office team, ensuring our capacity to provide for our partners and to develop future leaders in the non-profit space.

Chris has a background in organizational leadership, product management, and systems with experience from a variety of industries including tech, business networking, and food products & service. Prior to coming to Family Leadership, he managed all coffee & goods production and distribution for a local coffee company with a large footprint in the Central Valley.

Chris graduated with honors from Vanguard University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasize in Finance and Management. During his time at Vanguard, he was an active member of student leadership and oversaw the development and growth of their freshman leadership and mentor program.

Chris lives in Clovis with his wife Lisa and daughter Olive. He loves cars, coffee, and being creative building things and working with his hands. Chris is an avid cook and enjoys teaching his young daughter the ways around a kitchen and trying new foods. When he has time, he loves to spend time with his wife going on walks, playing games over coffee, and pouring all the books in their collection. As a Southern California native, Chris loves to spend any moment in the ocean whenever he is near it whether that be surfing, swimming, or crashing around the waves in a sail boat.
